أخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة في الجزائر دراسة سيميائية لبرنامج "لقاء خاص" بقناة الحياة الجزائرية

Abstract

تعد أخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة الأساس بل الركيزة التي يقوم ويبنى عليها الاعلام، اذ تعتبر المواثيق الأخلاقية أول المبادئ التي يجب أو بالأحرى لابد أن يتبعها الصحفي، والتركيز على القيم الأخلاقية في عملية البناء الاعلامي أمر مهم للغاية. في الفترة الأخيرة ظهرت بعض الوسائل الاعلامية والقنوات الفضائية تبتعد عن الأخلاق والقيم في الممارسة الاعلامية وفي المضامين والرسائل الموجهة لجمهور هذه القنوات. ومن خلال دراستنا هذه حاولنا أن نسلط الضوء على واقع أخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة في الجزائر كونه موضوع واجب دراسته لأهميته البالغة في ميدان الاعلام ككل، فتم اختيارنا لدراسة سيميائية لبرنامج "لقاء خاص" بقناة الحياة الجزائرية بغرض دراسة التجاوزات الأخلاقية من خلال الممارسة الاعلامية . لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة المسومة بعنوان " أخلاقيات مهنة الصحافة في الجزائر" وهي عبارة عن تحليل سيميولوجي لبرنامج "لقاء خاص" بقناة الحياة الجزائرية، الى ابراز مختلف الدلالات اللفظية المختارة محل الدراسة من خلال تحليل الرسالة الألسنية التي يحملها البرنامج حول أخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية. وقد قمنا بطرح الاشكال التالي: - فيما يتجلى واقع الممارسة الاعلامية والتجاوزات الأخلاقية للمهنة الصحفية من خلال برنامج "لقاء خاص" بقناة الحياة الجزائرية؟ وللإجابة عن هذا التساؤل الرئيسي قمنا بوضع مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية المساعدة على البحث لإكمال وانجاز دراستنا، كان لابد لنا من تحديد عينة الدراسة، فقمنا باختيار برنامج "لقاء خاص" كعينة وذلك لعلاقتهالمباشرة بموضوع دراستنا، وللتعمق أكثر والوصول الى نتائج علمية اعتمدنا على تقنية تحليل البرنامج سيميولوجيا مستندين في ذلك على نظرية "رومان جاكبسون".

The ethics of the journalism profession is the foundation of and the basis of the media. Moral charters are the first principles a journalist must follow, and focusing on ethical values in the media construction process is very important. Recently, some media and satellite channels have emerged away from ethics and values in media practice and in content and messages to the audience of these channels. Through this study, we have tried to highlight the reality of the ethics of the journalism profession in Algeria as being the subject of a duty to study its paramount importance in the field of the media as a whole. This tagged study, entitled "Ethics of the journalism profession in Algeria", a semiological analysis of the programme "Special encounter" on the Algerian Channel of Life, was aimed at highlighting the various verbal connotations selected for consideration through an analysis of the programme's alphabetical message about the ethics of the journalistic profession. We have introduced the following forms: - The reality of media practice and moral abuses of the journalistic profession is reflected in the programme "Special encounter" on the Channel of Life in Algeria. In response to this key question, we have developed a series of sub-questions that help with research to complete and complete our study, and we have had to determine the sample of the study. We have selected a "special encounter" programme as a sample, as it has a direct bearing on the subject of our study, and to further deepen and reach scientific results, we have relied on the Semiology analysis technique based on the "Roman Jackson" theory.
