معالجة صفحات الفيسبوك لقضايا الأمن الصحي دراسة تحليلية لعيينة من منشورات عبرصفحات الفيسبوك نموذجا Medicodz

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهم الموضوعات التي ركزت عليها صفحة Medico DZ وكذلك على طبيعة مضامين الصفحة، والمصادر التي إعتمدت عليها الصفحة، و أهم الأساليب التفاعلية التي إعتمدت عليها صفحة Medico DZ من خلال منشوراتها، وكذلك هدفت إلى التعرف على الأساليب الإقناعية التي وظفتها الصفحة في منشوراتها، وكذلك تحديث الصفحة لمواضيعها حسب المستجدات الصحية التي إعتمدت عليها في منشوراتها. تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية حيث إستخدمنا المنهج المسحي. وتم الإستعانة بإستمارة تحليل المضمون إذ طبقت على عينة قوامها 38 منشورا تم إختيارها بطريقة قصدية ليتوصل جهد تحليلنا لتسجيل النتائج التالية:  إعتماد اللهجة العامية في نشر أغلب مضامين صفحة Medico DZ.  إعتماد النصوص في جميع المنشورات وعدم التنويع فيها.  وجدنا أن صفحة Medico DZ تحتل المرتبة الأولى في الجزائر من حيث التفاعل.  إختلفت منشورات صفحة Medico DZ وتنوعت مواضيعها الصحية.

This study aims to learn about the most important topics on which the Medico DZ page focused as well as the nature of the page's contents and the sources on which the page relied, and the most important interactive methods on which the Medico DZ page relied through its publications and also aimed at identifying the persuasive methods employed by the page in its publications, The page is also updated according to the health developments relied upon in the page's publications. This study is a descriptive study where we used the survey curriculum. The content analysis form was used to apply to a sample of 38 publications that were chosen in a deliberate manner to make our analysis effort to record the following results:  Adopt vernacular tone in publishing most of the contents of the Medico DZ page.  Adopt texts in all publications and do not diversify them.  We found that the Medico DZ page ranks first in Algeria in terms of interaction.  The publications of the Medico DZ page differed and their health topics varied
