Abstract: | The current study aims to evaluate the antioxidant activity in scientific articles related to
extracts of natural plants and Syntectic materials in many region in Algeria and abroad.
Antioxidants are evaluated by electrochemical method using a cyclic voltammetry
to determine the antioxidant capacity of the extracts by radical inhibition of the superoxide
anion O·-
2. The previous results showed the high capacity of many extracts starting from palm
fruits according to the first article for Phoenix Dactylifera.L, Cht was rated with an IC50 of
0.006 g/L more than being more effective and the second article of the same genus was
the article with minor changes in terms of cultivar, region, method of preparation....etc, Taf
variety was found to be highly effective Antioxidant value of 0.0332 g/L .
The third article is three of Solanumnigrum (blacknightshade) extracted with several
extracts and showed the highest scavenging activity (0.8 g/L).Fourth article from
L.guyonianumplant we found that the extraction of compounds using (At / H2O) system by
AcEB butanol solvent with IC50 is 0.045 g / l from El Oued region is more effective, fifth
article from propolis used methanol extract only and it was found PCh (Boumerdes) is more
effective than other studied areas. The sixth article relates to the six substances Syntectic for
ferrocene derivatives in France using an extract (methanol / water) and it was found that the
fourth substance with a value of 0.00172 g / l is more effective against antioxidants.
In the comparative study of some scientific articles on the Antioxidant Activity by
electrochemical technic using the Cyclic Voltammetry method.as a result, the differences in
the amount of antioxidants are due to the diversity of the plant, region and organic matter used
in the extraction . |
