دور الفيسبوك في تشكيل الرأي العام تجاه القضايا الاجتماعية دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر عينة من طلبة قسم الاعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الفيسبوك في تشكيل الرأي العام تجاه القضايا الاجتماعية وقد تمحورت على التساؤل التالي ما هو دور الفيسبوك في تشكيل الرأي العام ؟ دراسة ميدانية على قسم علوم الاعلام والاتصال جامعة ورقلة ، وقد تفرع من هذا التساؤل مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية _ ما هي عادات و انماط استخدام الطلبة لموقع الفيسبوك في متابعة القضايا الاجتماعية. _ ما هي أهم القضايا لاجتماعية التي يتابعها الطلبة عبر موقع الفيسبوك و التي تشكل رأي عام للطلبة حولها. _ كيف يعتمد الطلبة الجامعيين على موقع الفيسبوك في تشكيل الرأي تجاه القضايا الاجتماعية. ومن هذه التساؤلات اردنا الوصول لمجموعة من الأهداف تبرز في التعرف على عادات و انماط استخدام الطلبة للفيسبوك و معرفة اهم القضايا لاجتماعية المتداولة على الفيسبوك وكيفية التفاعل معها و والوصول الى كيفية تشكيل رأي عام حول هذه القضايا وكيفية اعتماد الطلبة على الموقع في عملية تشكيل الرأي العام تجاه القضايا الاجتماعية. وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي و في ادوات جمع البيانات استخدمنا الاستبيان وقد قسمنا استمارتنا الى ثلاث محاور تمثلت عناوينها في عادات و انماط استخدام الطلبة لموقع فيسبوك في متابعة القضايا لاجتماعية.:المحور الأول كيفية متابعة الطلبة للقضايا الاجتماعية وتشكيل الرأي العام حولها عبر :المحور الثاني الفيسبوك. اعتماد الطلبة على موقع الفيسبوك في تشكيل الرأي العام حول القضايا :المحور الثالث الاجتماعية. وقد تمثل مجتمع البحث في مجموعة من طلبة قسم علوم الاعلام والاتصال الذين يستخدمون الفيسبوك ، وقد لجئنا للعينة العشوائية التي قدرت بـ 144 مفردة بنسبة 10% من كل تخصص في القسم وفي الاخير توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الطلبة يتصفحون موقع الفيسبوك بصفة دائمة ولديه حسابات منذ اكثر من ثلاث سنوات ويميلون لمتابعة مختلف المواضيع و بالأخص الاجتماعية منها. يتابع الطلبة القضايا الاجتماعية على الفيسبوك ويتفاعلون معها كما انهم يتشاركون الآراء و يتبادلون الافكار حولها كون المنصة تتيح لهم حرية ابداء الرأي وتبادل المعلومات و تتشكل الآراء العامة للقضايا الاجتماعية على الفيسبوك. يتفاعل الطلبة بشكل كبير مع القضايا الاجتماعية على موقع الفيسبوك ويبدون آراءهم حولها ويتشكل الرأي العام للطلبة من خلال هذه المتابعة و المناقشات حولها.

This research aims to determine Face book's role in shaping public opinion on social issues and has focused on the following question. What role does Face book play in shaping public opinion? Field research at the Department of Media and Communication Sciences University ,Ourgla has resulted in a number of sub-questions: -What are the habits and patterns of students who use Face book to keep up with social issues? -What are the most important social issues that students follow on Face book, and how do students feel about them? -How university students use Face book to influence public opinion on social issues? One of these questions is whether we wanted to achieve a specific set of objectives. Learn about students' Facebook habits and patterns, as well as the most important social issues circulating on Facebook and how to interact with them, as well as how to form a public opinion on these issues and how students rely on the site in the process of shaping public opinion towards social issues. We used a descriptive approach and a questionnaire as data collection tools, and we divided our form into three axes with the following titles: The first theme:Focuses on the habits and patterns of students who use Face book to keep up with social issues. The second theme: How students use Face book to follow social issues and form public opinion. The third theme: students' use of Face book to influence public opinion on social issues. The research community was represented by a group of students in the Department of Media and Communication Sciences who use Face book, and we arrived at a random sample, which was estimated at 144 singles, 10% of each major in the department, and in the end we reached a set of results, the most important of which is Students have been browsing Face book permanently and have accounts for more than three years, and they tend to follow various topics, especially social ones. Students follow social topics on Face book and interact with them by sharing their perspectives and exchanging ideas about them since the site allows them to freely express themselves, share information, and develop public opinions about them. Students interact actively with social topics on Face book and voice their ideas about them, and this follow-up and discussion shapes student public opinion.
