اليقظة العقلية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي دراسة ميدانية في بعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى اليقظة الذهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق وفق لمتغيرات الجنس والأقدمية وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 100 أستاذ ابتداغئي من ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة وتم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية وإعتمدت هذه الدراسة على نظرية الين لانجر في اليقظة العقلية حيث استخدمت مقياس اليقظة العقلية من إعداد الباحثة لانجر (2002, Langer) ترجمت الباحثة أحلام عبد الله (2013) المتكون من (35) فقرة، والمتضمن أربعة أبعاد هي : التمييز اليقظ، والإنفتاح على الجديد، والتوجه نحو الحاضر، والوعي بوجهات النظر المختلفة ، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات المقياس رتم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة وبعد إختبار فرضيات البخث خلصنا إلى النتائج التالية: - إن المستوى اليقظة على لدي أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي كان متوسطا - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية .

The current study aims to identify the level of mental alertness among primary school teachers, as well as to reveal the differences according to the variables of gender and seniority. The study sample consisted of 100 elementary teachers from the elementary schools of Ouargla and they were chosen randomly.
