Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the role of hatchery as an effective strategic option for the Railway Transport Corporation (SNTF), especially in the development and establishment of innovation, as well as in spreading its culture among economic institutions, knowing the status of innovation at its level in light of the changes that occur in the national market, and trying to prove that the hatching process And innovation have an effective role in the development and establishment of small and medium enterprises. Where we relied in our study of this topic on the applied analytical descriptive approach, and data was collected through secondary sources represented in books, scientific papers and reports related to the study, in addition to using the case study approach in relation to the field study. As for the primary sources, they were represented in the questionnaire tool with the aim of collecting the necessary data for the subject of the study and processing it statistically using the (SPSS) program, and about (200) questionnaires were distributed depending on the intentional method ? We retrieved (177) of them (140) were valid for statistical treatment, in addition to interview and observation as another method used in the completion of this research. In terms of the most important and most prominent results, it was reached: - There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the spawning enterprise (Spin-off) and the dimensions of innovation in the railway transport enterprise (SNTF). - Acceptance of all partial hypotheses that there are no differences between the averages of the sample answers on the two axes, due to the gender of the interviewee, and therefore there is no difference between the sample answers for the two axes, and this is logical because the two samples are not independent - Acceptance of all partial hypotheses that there are no differences between the average answers of the sample on the axes of the study due to the characteristic of the academic qualification - Acceptance of all partial hypotheses that there are no differences between the averages of the sample answers on the axes of the study due to the age characteristic. - Acceptance of all partial hypotheses that there are no differences between the averages of the sample answers on the axes of the study due to the characteristic of the job position. - There is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the hatchery institution (spin-off) on innovation in the (SNTF) institution at the level of significance (5%). - Incorrect acceptance of the main hypothesis regarding the effect of the two dimensions of the parent institution and the dimension of the new institutions that spawned in the spawning institution (Spin-off) on innovation.
