الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالتوافق الزواجي لدى النساء العاملات " د راسة ميدانية بـــولاية ورقلة "

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة " الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالتوافق الزواجي لدى النساء العاملات" وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصلابة النفسية وعلاقتها بالتوافق الزواجي في ضوء ثلاث متغيرات متعلقة بالنساء العاملات وهي (المستوىالتعليمي، مدة الزواج، عدد الأولاد)، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة من 150 امرأة متزوجة عاملة في مختلف القطاعات (قطاع التعليم، قطاع الصحة، قطاع الخاص). استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الفارقي مستعينة في ذلك بأدوات قياس تمثلت في مقياس التوافق الزواجي للعادلي 2012 والمتكون من 35 بند، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية لعماد مخيمر 2007 والمتكون من 48 بند، وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعيةspss25بالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة كما يلي: 1-توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية موجبة بين الصلابة النفسية والتوافق الزواجي لدى النساء العاملات. 2-تتمتع النساء العاملات بمستوى مرتفع من الصلابة النفسية. 3-تتمتع النساء العاملات بمستوى مرتفع من التوافق الزواجي. 4-توجد فروق في الصلابة النفسية لدى النساء العاملات بإختلاف المستوى التعليمي. 5-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الزواجي تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. 6-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصلابة النفسية لدى النساء العاملات باختلاف مدة الزواج. 7-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الزواجي تعزى لمتغير مدة الزواج. 8-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصلابة النفسية لدى النساء العاملات باختلاف عدد الأولاد. 9-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوافق الزواجي تعزى لمتغير عدد الأولاد.

The study dealt with "psychological toughness and its relationship to marital compatibility in working women". The study aims to identify psychological toughness and its relationship to marital compatibility in the light of three variables relating to working women (educational level, duration of marriage, number of children). The study included a sample of 150 married women working in different sectors (education sector, health sector, private sector). The study used the differentia correlational descriptive method, using measurement tools, represented in the marital compatibility scale, of AI-Adly 2012, which consisted of 35 items. And the psychological hardness scale of Emad Mukhaimer 2007. And the data were processed using the statistical package for social science spss25 program, depending on the appropriate statistical methods. The most important result of the study was as follows:

1-There is a positive direct correlation between psychological hardness and marital adjustment among working women. 2- Working women have a high enjoy a high level of psychological toughness. marital compatibility. 3- Working women have a high enjoy a high level of marital compatibility. 4-The are differences according to the educational level. 5-There no statistically significant differences in marital adjustment due to the educational level variable. 6- There no statistically significant differences in psychological hardness among working women according to the duration of marriage. 7- There no statistically significant differences in marital adjustment due to the variable duration of marriage. 8- There no statistically significant differences in psychological hardness of working women according to the number of children. 9- There no statistically significant differences in marital adjustment due to the variable number of children.
