مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي (دراسة استكشافية ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة ومنه الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: 1- ما مستوى الثقافة التنظيميةلدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة ؟ 2- هل توجدفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةفيمستوىالثقافة التنظيميةلدىأساتذةالتعليمالثانوي ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة تعزىلمتغير (الجنس , الأقدمية, الحالة العائلية)؟ وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي بالأسلوب المقارن أما مجتمع الدراسة فتكون من الأساتذة ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة وبلغت عينة الدراسة (101) أستاذ بطريقة العينة العرضية المتاحة , ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على استبيان جاهز لقياس الثقافة التنظيمية تم تكييفه وفق بيئة وعينة الدراسة . وبعدالمعالجةالإحصائيةللنتائجالمتحصلعليهاكمياباستخدامحزمةالأساليبالإحصائيةللعلومالاجتماعية spssالنسخة (20) توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة مرتفع . 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة تعزى لمتغير( الجنس. الأقدمية، الحالة العائلية ) . وقدتمتفسيرهذهالنتائجاستناداإلىجانبالنظريوالواقعوالدراساتالسابقةالمتعلقةبالموضوع واختتمت بتقديم جملة من المقترحات الموجهة للمختصين وعينة الدراسة .

The currentstudyaimed to find out the level of organizational culture of secondaryschoolteachers in some of Ouargla'ssecondaryschools, fromwhichconcluding the answers to the following questions: 1- Whatis the level of organizational culture of secondaryschoolteachers in some of Ouargla'ssecondaryschools? 2- Are therestatisticallysignificantdifferences in the level of organizational culture amongsecondaryschoolteachers in some of Ouargla'ssecondaryschoolsattributed to the variables of (gender, seniority and familystatus). To answer the study's questions, the comparative exploratory descriptive approachwasadopted, concerning the studycommunitywas made up of teachersfromsome of Ouargla'ssecondaryschools and the studysamplereached 101 teachers. In order to achieve the study's objectives, a ready questionnaire wasadopted to measure the organizational culture whichwasadapted to the environment and sample of the study. After the statisticaltreatment of the resultsobtained in quantitative termsusing the StatisticalMethods Package of Social Sciences spss version (20), the studyconcluded the followingfindings: 1- The level of organizational culture amongsecondaryschoolteachers in some of Ouargla'ssecondaryschoolsishigh. 2- There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in the level of organizational culture amongsecondaryschoolteachers in some of Ouargla'ssecondaryschoolsattributed to the variables of (gender, seniority and familystatus). Thesefindingswereinterpreted on the basis of theoretical, factual and previousstudiesrelated to the subject and concludedwith a series of proposalsaddressed to the specialists and the sample of the study.
