تصورات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو أنماط الضبط الصفي - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة ورقلة -

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تصورات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو أنماط الضبط الصفي بمدينة ورقلة . وللإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي استكشافي المقارن, وبلغت عينة الدراسة ) 119 ( أستاذا وأستاذة.ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على مقياس أنماط الضبط الصفي ل"غسان حسين الحلو 2001" وبعد حساب خصائصه السيكومترية والتأكد من صلاحيته للتطبيق . وقد تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام المتوسط الحسابي, ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون , توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - النمط المفضل في الضبط الصفي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب تصوراتهم هو النمط الوقائي . - لا يختلف أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في تصوراتهم لأنماط الضبط الصفي باختلاف ) الجنس, المؤهل العلمي, الأقدمية (. وقد تم تفسير هذه النتائج استنادا إلى الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع, واختتمت الدراسة بجملة من الاقتراحات .

The study aimed to know the perceptions of Primary school teachers towards patterns of classroom control in Ouargla. In order to answer the questions of the study, the comparative descriptive approach was followed, and the study sample amounted to (119) male and female professors. The statistical treatment was carried out using the arithmetic mean, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The study reached the following results: - The preferred style in classroom control for Primary school teachers, according to their perceptions, is the preventive style. - Primary education teachers do not differ in their perceptions of classroom control patterns according to (gender, educational qualification, seniority). The interpretation of these results was based on the theoretical side and previous studies related to the topic. The study concluded with a set of suggestions.
