الضغوط النفسية وعلاقته بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة (دراسة ميدانية بولاية ورقلة)

Abstract

ان هذه الدراسة تهدف الى معرفة مستوى الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المرأة العاملةالمتزوجة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة في مؤسسة سونلغاز ومستشفى محم بوضياف، وبعض مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بولاية ورقلة أما عينة لدراسة فقد بلغت 130 فرد. المنهج المتبع هو المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه الاستكشافي والمقارن ولقد استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أبرزها:  لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوطات النفسية والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية؛  المرأة العاملة المتزوجة العاملة بمستشفى محمد بوضياف، مدارس التعليم، مديرية سونلغاز يعانين من مستوى متوسط من الضغوطات النفسية والاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية؛  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجةباختلاف العمر؛  توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة تعود باختلافالمهنة. واخيرا فقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى عدة توصيات اهمها ضرورة قيام مؤسسة سونلغاز بتقديم اهتمامات أكثر لفئة المتزوجات. ضرورة توفي مختصين نفسانيين للتخفيف من شدة التوتر للعاملات في المدارس الابتدائي

This study aims to know the level of psychological stress and its relationship to psychosomatic disorders among married working women. The study population may be in the Sonelgaz Foundation, the Mahm Boudiaf Hospital, and some primary schools in the state of Ouargla, while a sample for the study amounted to 130 individuals. The adopted approach is the descriptive one, with its exploratory and comparative methods. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. Through this study, we reached several results, most notably:  There is no statistically significant relationship between psychological stress and psychosomatic disorders.  Married working women working in Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital, Education Schools, Sonelgaz District suffer from moderate levels of psychological stress and psychosomatic disorders;  There are no statistically significant differences in psychosomatic disorders among married working women, according to age;  There are statistically significant differences in psychosomatic disorders among married working women due to different professions; Finally, this study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need for the Sonelgaz Foundation to provide more interests to the married group. The necessity of the death of psychologists to alleviate the severity of stress for female primary school workers.
