dc.description.abstract | The objective of this work to elaborate, synthesize and study the dielectric properties of a new PZT type ceramic material with a perovskite structure in the ternary system: (1-X) Pb (Zr Ti ) O -XGdMnO with % ≤ x ≤ % The samples elaborated for this study were prepared by the solid-state synthesis method. Heat treatment was applied to these samples at different temperatures (1100°C, 1150°C and 1180°C). Different characterization techniques were used in this study, such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX or EDS) and electrical measurements. The X-ray results (XRD), reveal that for all the samples have a pure perovskite phase of tetragonal symmetry. The density was obtained equal to 7.22 g/cm which corresponds to (≈9 % of the theoretical density). This study of the dielectric properties of all the samples showed a high dielectric permittivity = 475324) and a low dissipation factor (tg δ = 6%) for the composition x=4% | en_US |
