الاستقلال النفسي وعلاقته بالطموح الأكاديمي لدى طالبات أولى ماستر بجامعة الوادي - دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس وعلوم تربية- دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس وعلوم تربية-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الاستقلال النفسي والطموح الأكاديمي من جهة وبين أبعاد الاستقلال النفسي(الاستقلال الإيديولوجي، استقلال النزاعات، الاستقلال الوجداني، الاستقلال الوظيفي) والطموح الأكاديمي من جهة أخرى لدى عينة من طالبات أولى ماستر بقسم علم النفس وعلوم تربية جامعة الشهيد حمى لخضر ولاية الوادي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واعتمدتا على أداتين. أداة خاصة بالاستقلال النفسي لفوقيه حسن رضوان (2004) وأداة خاصة بالطموح الأكاديمي لزياد بركات (2009) والذي أعيد تعديله من الطالبان يونس عبابة وعبد الكامل كانش (2020)، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت 120 طالب وطالبة اختيروا بطريقة عرضية حيث تم توزيع الاستبانة، وقد تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى مايلي: 1- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دالة إحصائية بين الاستقلال النفسي والطموح الأكاديمي لدى طالبات أولى ماستر. 2- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستقلال الوجداني والاتجاه نحو التفوق لدى طالبات أولى ماستر. 3- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستقلال النزاعات ودافع الانجاز لدى طالبات أولى ماستر. 4- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الاستقلال الوظيفي عن الأم والقدرات والإمكانيات الذاتية لدى طالبات أولى ماستر.

The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between psychological independence and academic ambition on the one hand, and the dimensions of psychological independence (ideological independence, conflict independence, emotional independence, and functional independence) and academic ambition on the other hand, among a sample of first master students in the Department of Psychology and Education Sciences, Chahid Hama University, El-Oued. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers used the descriptive correlative approach, and relied on two tools. A tool for the psychological independence of Fawqiah Hassan Radwan (2004) and a tool for academic ambition by ZiadBarakat (2009), which was re-amended by Younes Ababa and Abdel-KamelKanesh (2020). The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 120 male and female students who were chosen by accident, The statistical treatment was carried out using (SPSS 25). the results of the study resulted in the following: 1- No statistically significant correlation between psychological independence and academic ambition among first master's students. 2- No statistically significant correlation between emotional independence and the tendency towards excellence among first master's students. 3- No statistically significant correlation between independence conflicts and achievement motivation among first master students. 4- No statistically significant correlation between functional independence from the mother and the self-abilities and potentials of the first master's students.
