Abstract: | This study aims to identify the most important variables that contribute in the effectiveness of the business model and it impact on the performance of enterprises to create an added value, A questionnaire was presented and answered by the owners of the enterprises under study, the sample consisted of 68 economic enterprises in Sidi Bel Abbes state , The analysis was done by using the statistical program SPSS and the structural equation model WARP PLS to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results confirm the validity of the hypotheses. Among the factors affecting the performance of the enterprises under study in Sidi Bel Abbes is the effectiveness of the business model as the highest proportion. There was an increase in the sales rate and consequently the profitability of these enterprises increased, which was also reflected in the creation of added value, Therefore, this study recommended the necessity of adopting a flexible business model that adapts to the surrounding environment to avoid risks and contribute in achieving leadership in the entrepreneurship field |
