علاقة التخطيط للتدريس الإبداعي بالفاعلية الذاتية التدريسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين التخطيط للتدريس الإبداعي وفاعلية الذات التدريسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي وكذا التعرف على الفروق في العلاقة تعزى للمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي. تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب ارتباطي وفارقي، وقد تم جمع البيانات باستخدام مقياسين أحدهما لقياس التخطيط للتدريس الابداعي والأخر لقياس الفاعلية الذاتية التدريسية ،طبقا على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية العنقودية قوامها 161 أستاذا . وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات متمثلة في معامل ارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة فيشر و تحليلها إذ تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1- توجد علاقة بين التخطيط للتدريس الإبداعي وفاعلية الذات التدريسية. 2 - لا توجد فروق في العلاقة بين التخطيط للتدريس الإبداعي وفاعلية الذات التدريسية تعزى إلى الجنس. 3 - لا توجد فروق في العلاقة بين التخطيط للتدريس الإبداعي وفاعلية الذات التدريسية تعزى للمؤهل العلمي. وقد تم تفسير هذه النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري للدراسة والدراسات السابقة وإختتمت ببعض مقترحات الدراسة وآفاقها.

his study aims to identify the relationship between planning for creative teaching and the effectiveness of the teaching self among primary education teachers, as well as to identify the differences in the relationship due to the variables of gender and academic qualification. The descriptive approach was followed in a correlative and differential method, and the data were collected using two scales, one to measure planning for creative teaching and the other to measure teaching self-efficacy, according to a sample of primary education teachers selected in a cluster random manner consisting of 161 teachers. Appropriate statistical methods were used to process the data, represented by the Pearson correlation coefficient and Fisher's equation and analyzed, as the following results were reached: 1- There is a relationship between creative teaching planning and teaching self-efficacy. 2 - There are no differences in the relationship between creative teaching planning and teaching self-efficacy due to theSex. 3- There are no differences in the relationship between planning for creative teaching and teaching self-efficacy due to qualifications Scientific. These results were interpreted in the light of the theoretical framework of the study and previous studies, and concluded with some proposals and prospects for the study.
