أساليب الإدارة الصفية الوقائية لدى أساتذة سنة أولى متوسط "دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات مقاطعة أنقوسة- ورقلة "

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي التعرف على أساليب الإدارة الصفية الوقائية لدى أساتذة متوسط, والتعرف على درجة استخدام أساليب الإدارة الصفية الوقائية لدى أساتذة سنة أولى متوسط . ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد في دراستنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي , وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 70 أستاذ وأستاذة من أساتذة سنة أولى متوسط ببعض المتوسطات بورقلة، طبقت عليهم أداة الدراسة تمثلت في استمارة وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وقد توصلنا في دراستنا من خلال المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات في برنامج SPSS نسخة22 ومن خلاله تم التوصل الى النتائج الآتية:  إن درجة استخدام أساليب الإدارة الصفية الوقائية لدى أساتذة سنة أولى متوسط منخفض.  لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى استخدام أساليب الإدارة الصفية الوقائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس.  توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى استخدام الإدارة الصفية الوقائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.  لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في أساليب الإدارة الصفية الوقائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. ومنه نستنتج بأنه استخدام أساتذة سنة أولى متوسط للأساليب الوقائية للخفض من مشكلات الإدارة الصفية منخفض ، وهذا راجع إلي ضعف في تكوينهم وتدريبهم على كيفية العمل بها ويجب عليهم معرفة مختلف أساليب الإدارة الصفية وخصائص التلميذ، وطرائق التدريس ... وغيرها وكيفية العمل بها في الصف.

his study aimed to identify the preventive classroom management methods among middle school teachers, by trying to answer the main question which is: What is the level of use of preventive class management methods among middle school first-year teachers? In order to achieve the study's objectives, we adopted the exploratory descriptive approach and the sample of the study consisted of 70 middle school first-year teachers of the two genders from some of the middle schools in Ouargla and the study tool, consisting of a questionnaire form which was applied to them after verifying its sincerity and consistency.Through the statistical processing analysis and interpretation of data in our study, we have concluded the following results:  The level of use of preventive classroom management methods among middle school first-year teachers is low.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of use of preventive classroom management methods attributed to the gender variable.  There are statistically significant differences in the level of use of preventive classroom management methods attributed to the age variable.  There are statistically significant differences in the level of use of preventive classroom management attributed to the scientific qualification variable.  There are no statistically significant differences in preventive classroom management attributed to the work-years variable. From the above, we conclude that we have not been shown any protective method adopted by the teachers in the classroom, which is due to the teacher's low training level in his specialty through knowledge of the various classroom management methods, the characteristics of the pupil the teaching methods...etc.
