الدليل التشخيصي المقترح لإضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة GDP TIP - دراسة ميدانية برياض الأطفال بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف عن الدليل التشخيصي للاضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة GDP TIP في الكشف عن اضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة برياض الأطفال، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة بروضة المستكشف الصغير بالرويسات ـ ورقلة من خلال اختيار ستة حالات بطريقة قصدية. وقد تم إجراء هذه الدراسة من خلال تطبيق أدوات الدراسة والمتمثلة في الدليل التشخيصي للاضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة GDP TIP و المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة بغرض البحث لكل حالة من الحالات المدروسة، وكذلك تم استخدام اختبار رسم الرجل، وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في ستة (6) حالات من أطفال الروضة تراوحت أعمارهم مابين (3-6) سنوات، حيث تم عرض نتائج المقابلات وعرض نتائج الدليل التشخيصي للاضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة GDP TIP وعرض نتائج إختبار رسم الرجل مع مناقشة وتفسير النتائج وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن أن الدليل التشخيصي لإضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة GDP TIP يشخص اضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة برياض الاطفال بورقلة بشكل جيد ودقة علمية كما كشفت الدراسة كذلك على أنه يسمح بتقييم المستويات النمائية والاكتسابات النمائية للطفولة المبكرة برياض الاطفال بورقلة كما يشخص الدليل التشخيصي لإضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة GDP TIP أيضا اضطرابات الطفولة المبكرة برياض الاطفال بورقلة بأنواعها الثلاث (المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية ) ويميز بينها جيدا.

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the GDP TIP Diagnostic Manual for Early Childhood Disorders in detecting early childhood disorders in kindergartens.The study was conducted in “Elmostacshif Assaghir” Kindergarten in Rouissat - Ouargla and six cases where selected intentionally. This study was conducted through the study tools application represented in Diagnostic Manual for Early Childhood Disorders GDP TIP and semi-directed clinical interview for each cases studied, as well as man-drawing test was used, and we relied on the clinical approach for its suitability to the research. The study sample consisted of six (6) Cases of kindergarten children, their ages ranged between (3-6) years, and the Diagnostic Index for Early Childhood Disorders GDP TIP, the semi-guided interview, and the appropriate man-drawing test were applied in the study. The results of the interviews, Diagnostic Index of Early Childhood Disorders GDP TIP and man-drawing test were presented, discussed and interpretated. The results revealed that the GDP TIP well diagnoses early childhood disorders in Kindergartens in Ouargla and with scientific accuracy. Also, the GDP TIP allows assessing developmental levels and acquisitions of early childhood in kindergartens in Ouargla. The Diagnostic Manual of Early Childhood Disorders GDP TIP diagnoses early childhood disorders in kindergarten in Ouargla in its three types (cognitive, emotional and behavioral) and distinguishes them well.
