دور موقع الفيسبوك في تنشيط السياحة دراسة ميدانية على مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية لولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه موقع فيسبوك في تنشيط السياحة بمديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية لولاية ورقلة، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة عينة قصدية متمثلة في مفردتين ألا وهما مفتش السياحة، وكذلك المكلفة بخلية الإعلام والاتصال بالمديرية، وذلك بالاعتماد على أداتي المقابلة والملاحظة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن اعتماد مديرية السياحة والصناعة التقليدية على موقع فيسبوك دور في تنشيط السياحة والتعريف بالمنشآت السياحية لدى الولاية وذلك من خلال تطبيق مخططات استراتيجية تضمن سرعة الانتشار وسهولة وصول المعلومات للسياح ومستخدمي هذه الشبكات الاجتماعية.

This study aimed to highlight the role that Facebook plays in the activation of tourism at the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts of the Wilayat of Ouargla, where we relied on the descriptive approach to study an intentional sample represented in two terms, namely, the tourism inspector, as well as the one in charge of the media and communication unit of the Directorate, relying on the tools of maintenance and observation. The study concluded that the adoption of the Directorate of Tourism and Handicrafts on Facebook has been instrumental in promoting tourism and introducing tourism facilities in the state through the application of strategic plans to ensure rapid dissemination and an easy access to information for tourists and users of these social networks.
