تأثير عمل المرأة على تحول الأسرة الجزائرية (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأستاذات بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة نموذجا)

Abstract

تعالج الدراسة الحالية موضوع:تأثير عمل المرأة على تحول الأسرة الجزائرية،والتي أجريت على عينة من الأستاذات الأمهات العاملات في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة،كما حيث اعتمدت على المدخل النظري،المتمثل في التفاعلية الرمزية،اعتمد هذه الدراسة على كل من المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمة لموضوع الدراسة وكما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان وانطلاقا من الإشكال الذي تطرقنا إليه في موضوع الدراسة الذي كان حول ما تأثير عمل المرأة على تحول الأسرة الجزائرية؟ ولقد تم التوصل إلى هذه النتائج التالية: - أن عمل المرأة أو الأم لم يكن حاجزا يمنعها من ممارسة أعمالها في المنزل حيث استطاعت التوفيق بين أعمالها في المنزل وفي العمل. - أن خروج المرأة للعمل لم يشكل خلافات مع الزوج بل كان عكس ذلك.بحيث كان الرجل السند والمساعد لها من خلال إعانتها في ملازمة الأولاد ومراقبتهم والعناية بهم، وأن الزوجة كانت كذلك تساعد الزوج من الناحية المادية مما نتج عنه تكامل في جوانب عدة. - كما تم التوصل إلى أنه ليس هناك اعتراض من طرف خروج المرأة لميدان العمل كنا أن تراكم العمل وازدواجية الدورين مابين الدور في المنزل والدور في العمل سبب للمرأة عدة ضغوطات أثرت عليها وسببت لها إرهاق نفسي وفكري وعضلي نتيجة عدم وجود وقت للراحة والإجهاد الكبير والمستمر بحيث أن المرأة دائما تشعر أنها مقصرة اتجاه أفراد أسرتها.

The current study deals with the topic: the impact of women’s work on the transformation of the Algerian family, which was conducted on a sample of working mothers professors at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, as it relied on the theoretical approach, represented in symbolic interaction, this study relied on each of the approach Descriptive in view of the suitability of the subject of the study and as reliance was made on the questionnaire tool and based on the problem that we discussed in the subject of the study, which was about what is the impact of women's work on the transformation of the Algerian family? The following results were obtained: - The work of a woman or a mother was not an obstacle that prevented her from doing her work at home, as she was able to reconcile her work at home and at work. -The woman’s going out to work did not constitute disagreements with the husband, but rather the opposite. So that the man was the support and assistant for her by helping her in staying with the children, watching them and taking care of them, and that the wife was also helping the husband financially, which resulted in integration in several aspects. -It was also concluded that there is no objection on the part of women leaving the field of work. We were that the accumulation of work and the duplication of roles between the role at home and the role at work caused the woman several pressures that affected her and caused her psychological, intellectual and muscular fatigue as a result of the lack of time for rest and the great and continuous stress so that the woman She always feels guilty towards her family members.
