التعليــم المقاولاتــــي الجامعـــي ودوره في تطوير حاضنـــات الأعمـــال دراسة ميدانية بحاضنة الأعمال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح القطب 3

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على مساهمة التعليم المقاولاتي الجامعي في تطوير حاضنات الأعمال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح-ورقلة- ,حيث أجريت الدراسة خلال سنة 2021/ 2022 ضمن مجتمع بحث مكون من 30 طالب ,وعليه اعتمدنا على أسلوب المسح الشامل, وتم الاعتماد على منهج البحث الميداني, وباستخدام استمارة الاستبيان بغية جمع البيانات والمقابلة ،وبعد جمع المعطيات وتفريغها وتحليلها قد خلصنا إلى النتائج التالية : أن التعليم المقاولاتي يساهم في تطوير حاضنات الأعمال من خلال تطوير المهارات الشخصية والإدارية للمورد البشري الذي يساهم في نجاح المؤسسة. - كما تم التوصل إلى أن المهارات الشخصية والإدارية تساهم بشكل كبير في نجاح المشروع المقاولاتي وتطوير حاضنة الأعمال لارتباطها بالعنصر البشري الذي يعتبر محور تسيير وقيادة المشروع المقاولاتي . - أن المقاولاتية كنسق مفتوح ومجال يعتبر فيه المقاول والفرصة والمخاطرة هم الأساس , فإنشاء مؤسسة تستوجب شخصا مثقفا يمتاز بخصائص تميزه عن غيره ,ووسطا مميزا يساعده على ذلك , كما نرى الآن دور الجامعات في تكوين وتطوير قدرات وقيم الطالب المقاولاتية وأن الفشل إنما هو طريق النجاح . - كما تم التوصل على الرغم من ضعف المبادرات الخاصة بالمقاولاتية في مؤسسة حاضنة الأعمال إلا أن الطلبة يمتلكون طبيعة الشخصية المقاولاتية التي تبرهن على وجود عزيمة وإرادة قوية للطلبة على إنشاء مشاريع خاصة بهم . - كما تم التوصل إلى أن الفئة الأنثوية هي الغالبة في مؤسسة حاضنة الأعمال نتيجة كثرة المشاريع ذات الطابع النسوي كالخياطة والحلويات والطبخ , في حين تفضيل الشباب للمؤسسات العمومية وذلك لطبيعة الثقافة السائدة في المنطقة .

The study aimes to identify the contribution of university entrepreneurial education to the development of business incubators. We used the descriptive approach, and using a questionnaire prepared by the student. We distributed it to a sample of incubator students at the University of Kasdi Merbah in the Wilayat of Ouargla, and we concluded the following results: Both university entrepreneurial education and business incubators were average among the study sample members. We concluded that entrepreneurial university education has a role in developing business incubators Entrepreneurial education contributes to the development of business incubators by developing the personal and managerial skills of the human resource that contributes to the success of the institution. - It was also found that personal and administrative skills contribute significantly to the success of the entrepreneurial project and the development of the business incubator due to its connection with the human element, which is the focus of the management and leadership of the entrepreneurial project. Entrepreneurship as an open system and a field in which the entrepreneur, opportunity and risk are the basis, establishing an institution requires an educated person with characteristics that distinguish him from others, and a distinguished medium that helps him to do so, as we see now the role of universities in forming and developing the capabilities and values of entrepreneurial students and that failure is the path to success. - It was also found that despite the weakness of entrepreneurship initiatives in the Business Incubator, the students have the entrepreneurial personality that demonstrates the students' determination and strong will to create their own projects - It was also concluded that the female category is dominant in the business incubator, as a result of the large number of projects of a feminist nature, such as sewing, sweets and cooking, while young people prefer public institutions due to the nature of the prevailing culture in the region.
