دورتكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصال في تفعيل أداء العمال في المؤسسة الإقتصادية دراسة ميدانية على عمال سونطراك (مجمع أورهود) -حاسي مسعود- ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تفعيل أداء العمال في المؤسسة الإقتصادية سونطراك ( أوروهود) ولإبراز هذا الدورقد إعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي، لأنه مناسب لهذه الدراسة كما إستخدم أداة الإستمارة لجمع المعلومات من المبحوثين،حيث أنه قام بتوزيعها على عينة من أفراد المؤسسة معتمدا على العينة الطبقية،كما أن الباحث قام بتربص لمدة 10أيام في المؤسسة قصد جمع بعض المعلومات والإطلاع على الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة، وعليه قد تم تقسيم الدراسة لثلاث فصول الفصل الأول يتضمن الإطار المفاهيمي للدراسة والفصل الثاني يتضمن الإطار المنهجي للدراسة والفصل الثالث يتضمن معالجة المعطيات والبيانات بواسطة برنامج SPSS والذ ي عن طريقه توصل الباحث إلى النتائج الاتية : لتكنولوجيا المعلومات دور في تفعيل أداء العمال في المؤسسة الإقتصادية ومن اهم الوسائل التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة هي تللك التي تقدم خدمات ومهام كبيرة بسرعة ودقة متناهية في إرسال وإستقبال المعلومات وحفظها وتخطية كل الحدود الجغرافية إظافة إلى ذلك توصل إلى أن هناك صعوبات في الإستخدام يمكن إرجاع ذلك إلى نقص في التدريب والتربص والتكوين والتحسيس من الإستخدام الأفضل لهذه التكنولوجيا الحديثة .
