Abstract

يتناول ابن رشد إشكالية علم الكلام من خلال الدفاع عن الإسلام وأهله والوقوف ضد أهل البدع حيت وفق بين الفلسفة والشريعة إذ يرى باجتماع العقل الصريح والنقل الصحيح تكون معرفة حق ولا يمكن فصلها أبدا حيت يري أن الشرع دلنا علا دراسة الفلسفة عن طريق دعوته إلى النضر العقلي في الموجودات وان النضر الصحيح لا يمكن أن يؤدي بنا إلى مخالفة الشرع

Ibn Rushd addresses the problem of the science of speech by defending Islam and its people and standing against the people of Fadha live in accordance with philosophy and Shari 'a. He considers that by meeting the express mind and the correct transfer, knowledge is right and can never be separated. He considers that legitimacy has led us to study philosophy by inviting it to the mental freshness of the assets and that can not lead us to the violation of the law.
