dc.description.abstractWho wouldn’t want the luxury of controlling their home appliances from their couch? A smart home is one of the IoT apps where devices can be automatically controlled remotely using a phone or other networked device from anywhere with an internet connection. The main objective of our work is to develop a Voice Control Interface for home automation and make the system recognize commands in English and Arabic. The Voice Control Interface gets an audio speech as input and generates a smart home command as output. This technology makes it easier to control the devices, it is like a personal assistant listening to commands in the user’s voice and controlling the devices in their smart home. Keywoen_US
