dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the in-service training course in the development of creative teaching skills among the newly recruited faculty members at Eloued University. The study followed the semi-experimental method. The sample consisted of(24) members, divided into two groups,(experimental 12 and control 12) To gather the study data, a test, by the researcher's design, has been used to measure creative teaching skills, and the tool was applied to both groups. The results have showed the effectiveness of the training course in developing creative teaching skills among the new faculty members. At last, The study has recommended encouraging faculty members to pay attention to developing creative teaching skills for effective teaching that leads creativity.en_US
