Abstract: | This study aimed to identify the relationship between the locus of control and teachers’ attitudes towards the use of e- learning by teachers through the different phases. The sample of the study consisted of (522) teachers, Have been chosen at random. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach. He used the measure of “internal-external», made by Rotter equalized by “barhoummoussa”. The researcher also used a questionnaire to measure teachers’ attitudes toward the use of e-learning. The study allowed us to achieve the following results: - Teachers’ attitude was positive, with differences in attitude depending on the school phase and control direction variables, and the lack of differences between men’s and women’s attitudes towards se e-learning. - Teachers prefer the internal checkpoint to percentage that exceeds 91%.There are differences between teachers in the direction of control according to the gender variables and the type of leadership, whereas there were no differences in the direction of control between teachers according to the variable of the teacher. School phase. Through the results obtained show that the checkpoint helped determines the type of attitude to the use of e-learning.
