الملخص: إنمبدأاليقينالقانونيالجنائييتحققبوصولهإلىالمخاطبينبه،عنطريقنشرالنصوصالقانونيةالجنائيةفيالجريدةالرسمية،وصياغتهابطريقةجيدةوواضحةومفهومة،وبهذاالشكليتمكنالأفرادمنالإحاطةبهذهالقواعدالمطبقةعليهموسهولةالتعرفعلىحقوقهموواجباتهم،ويسعىهذاالمبدأإلىضمانإستقرارالقواعدالقانونيةالجنائيةليتحقيقأمنوإستقرارالحقوقالشخصيةللأفراد.
