Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف و التعرف عن دور الكفاءة المهنية في التقليل من الأخطار المهنية في المؤسسة ، حيث أجريت هذه الدراسة خلال سنة 2021/2022 ، ضمن مجتمع بحث مكون من 50 عامل ، فقد اعتمدنا على أسلوب المسح الشامل ، و استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ، إضافة إلى المقابلة و الملاحظة كأداة مساعدة ، وكذالك اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي كما طبقت الاختبارات الإحصائية و التي تمثلت في معمل الثبات ألفا كروم باخ حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة : _ بان المؤسسة تعتمد على الكفاءة المهنية لتجنب الأخطار _ أن مدة التدريب و التوجيه تفيد العامل في تخصص مهنته _أن حوادث العمل يحتاج معرفة مهارة العامل في إيجاد حلول بطريقة سليمة

The currentstudyaimed to reveal and identify the role of professionalcompetence in reducingoccupationalrisks in the institution, as thisstudywasconductedduring the year 2021/2022, within a researchcommunityconsisting of 50 workers, werelied on the comprehensivesurveymethod, and the use of the questionnaire as a main tool To collect data, in addition to the interview and observation as an auxiliarytool, and alsorelied on the descriptive approach and appliedstatistical tests, whichwererepresented in the stabilitylaboratory Alpha Chrome Bach, where the results of the studyshowed: _ That the institution relies on professionalcompetence to avoid dangers _ That the duration of training and guidance benefits the worker in the specialization of his profession _ That work accidents need to know the skill of the worker in finding solutions in a properway
