Abstract

-إن اختيار موضوع بحثنا لمذكرة الماستر"المتغير والثابت في المقاربة بالأهداف إلى المقاربة بالكفاءات في المدرسة الجزائرية " لم يكن عشوائيا بل كان مقصودا ,وله تخطيط مسبق لما هذا الموضوع من أهمية بصفة عامة وللتعليم بصفة خاصة -المقاربة بالأهداف :أحد هذا ,النموذج عند ظهوره في ستينات القرن الماضي بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودول أوروبية ثورة تقدمية في مجال التربية والتعليم ,واعتبار طريقة مثلى لتجاوز الأساليب التقليدية التي حصرت اهتماماتها في تنمية القدرات العقلية ,دون الالتفات إلى الجوانب السلوكية للمتعلم -المقاربة بالكفاءات :دفع عجز النماذج السابقة وكذا التطور التقني والمعرفي في مجال التعليم ,الباحثين والمختصين إلى البحث على طرق تعليمية أكثر نجاعة تساعد على الاندماج الفاصل للمتعلمين في عالم الشغل ,ومن هنا جاءت المقاربة بالكفاءات والتي حاولت تجاوز الفشل المسجل وتحسين الأداء البيداغوجي . -المقاربة بالكفاءات :دفع عجز النماذج السابقة وكذا التطور التقني والمعرفي في مجال التعليم ,الباحثين والمختصين إلى البحث على طرق تعليمية أكثر نجاعة تساعد على الاندماج الفاصل للمتعلمين في عالم الشغل ,ومن هنا جاءت الم-المدرسة الجزائرية قانت الجزائر بمجهودات كبيرة في سبيل تطور مدارسها ,في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات إلى تغير المنظومة التربوية تغير جذريا ,فقد عرفت المدرسة الجزائرية منذ الاستقلال إلى غاية اليوم تعديلات وإصلاحات عديدة مست نظامها التربوي ,ولقد حقق الكثير من الانجازات الناجحة, لكن في المقابل تعرض للعديد من الصعوبات في ظل تطبيق هذا النظام الجديد . قاربة بالكفاءات والتي حاولت تجاوز الفشل المسجل وتحسين الأداء البيداغوجي .
