النسق الأسري لدى المراهق المدمن على الأدوية النفسية. دراسة عياديةلثلاث حالات في ضوء المقابلة العيادية واختبار (FAT)

Abstract

عرفت ظاهرة تعاطي الأدوية النفسية والإدمان عليها تفشي ملحوظ في الآونة الأخيرة خاصة وسط الشباب والمراهقين إما حبا للاستكشاف أو كوسيلة للهروب من المشاكل والصراعات، خاصة الأسرية منها. كما نعرف جميعا أن المراهقة من المراحل الجد حساسة من مراحل النمو الإنساني نضرا للتغيرات الجسمية، الفسيولوجية، النفسية والمعرفية التي تطرأ على الفرد، كما تعتبر ايضا مرحلة انتقالية بين طفولة والرشد، تجعل المراهق يعيش مجموعة من الصراعات ما قد يؤدي به للانحراف محاولة منه لفرض نفسه كراشد بينهم، أو في بعض الأحيان تكون الأسرة هي السبب، من خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول فهم النسق الأسري الذي ينتمي إليه المراهق المدمن على الأدوية النفسية ومعرفة خصائص نسق أسرته، ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بإتباع المنهج دراسة الحالة الذي يقوم على دراسة حالة وباستخدام اختبار الإدراك الأسري FATالذي تم تطبيقه على ثلاثة مراهقين مدمنين على الأدوية النفسية بولاية الوادي، وتم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن المراهق المدمن على الادوية النفسية تتميز خصائص نسقه الاسري بالانغلاق.

We also all know that adolescence is a delicate stage of grandfather's human development due to physical changes. the physiological، psychological and cognitive development of the individual، as well as the transition between childhood and rationality، Adolescent living in a range of conflicts makes what he may lead to deviation an attempt to impose himself as an adult among them or sometimes the family is the reason، through this study we will try to understand the family pattern of the adolescent addicted to psychiatric medication and know the characteristics of his or her family's format For this purpose، we have followed the case study methodology based on a case study and using the FATT family cognition test applied to three adolescents who are addicted to psychiatric drugs in the Valley State، The conclusion was reached that the adolescent addicted to psychiatric medication had the characteristics of a closure.
