Abstract

ملخص: دخلت الإنسانيةإلى العهد النووي من بابه الواسع ،بعد اكتشاف الإشعاع من طرف هنري بيكريل عام 1896،فبات واضحا الآن أن الأسلحة النووية لم تعد وسيلة لتحقيق الأمن ،والحقيقة أنها مع كل عام يمر تجعل أمننا أكثر هشاشةحسب قول (ميخائيل غورباتشيف رئيس الاتحاد السوفياتي السابق "1988-1991" ) الحائز على جائزة نوبل . وقارب بيار قيليومات Pierre Guilumatوسدد حتى لقب بأب القنبلة الذرية مجرم فرنسي بحجم دولته (ولد في 05/08/1909 توفي 28/08/1991) فأصاب منظومة الأمنالإنساني لرقان في بيئتها وصحة ساكنتها بدمار شامل تجسد في شكل جريمة دولية ضد الإنسانية،وثقتها شهادات ضحايا التفجيرات النووية المستمرة والأشرطة الوثائقية من الجزائر إلى الجزيرة الوثائقية، باستمرار معاناتهم في صحراء رقان الجزائرية فهل تبقى..............ألماً دون

Abstract: Humanity entered the nuclear era through its wide door, after the discovery of radiation by Henri Becquerel in 1896, and it is now clear that nuclear weapons are no longer a means to achieve security, and the fact that with each passing year makes our security more fragile (Mikhail Gorbachev, President of the Soviet Union, 1988- 1991"), Nobel Prize laureate.
