الأداء التدريسي وعلاقته بالإتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لدى أساتذة علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على العلاقة بين الأداء التدريسي بمهاراته (تخطيط الدرس- تنفيذ الدرس – الإتصال والتواصل مع الطلبة – تقويم الدرس ) والإتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لدى أستاذ علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية على مستوى بعض المعاهد والتعرف على مستوى الأداء التدريسي وطبيعة الإتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لديهم، والتعرف على الفروق في الأداء التدريسي والإتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لدى الأساتذة حسب متغيرات (المؤهلالعلمي - سنواتالخبرة -المعهد) ،وأتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي ،وأستخدم إستبيانين قام الباحث ببنائهما بالإعتماد على مجموعة من الدراسات أحدهما لقياس الأداء التدريسي والأخر لقياس الاتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس ،أما عينة الدراسة شملت (233)أستاذ تم إختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة ، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بشكل عام وجود علاقة إرتباطية متوسطة بين الأداء التدريسي والإتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس لدى عينة الدراسة ،ومستوى متوسط في الأداء التدريسي بمهاراته ،وإتجاهات إيجابية متوسطة نحو مهنة التدريس ،ووجود فروق في الأداء التدريسي والإتجاهات نحو مهنة التدريس حسب متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي- سنوات الخبرة- المعهد) ،وتم الخروج بمجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة.

The present study aimed to identify the relationship between teachingskills such as lesson planning. lesson implementation, communication and interaction with students, and lesson evaluation. and Teachers' of sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities attitudes. In other words, this study aimed to identify the level of teaching performance and the nature of teachers' attitudes towards their teaching specialty. Furthermore, this research attempts to uncover the differences found in the teaching performance and investigate the attitudes towards the teaching profession among teachers on the basis of their (academic qualification, years of experience, institute.), the researcher followed an associative descriptive approach. The study sampleof (233) teachers was selected in the simple random, and the results show relatively positive attitudes towards their teaching profession. In addition to that, it shows the presence of differences in teaching performance and attitudes towards the teaching profession according to the aforementioned variables. The results are followed by a set of suggestions and recommendations made in the light of the results of the study
