Abstract: The objective of this article is to highlight the value of information, resulting from the information system, and to show its contribution to the achievement of organizational performance. We conducted a survey of 46 manufacturing companies from different sectors of the wilaya of Bejaia. The results of structural equation modeling, through the PLS approach, show that the integration of the IS, the interconnectivity of companies and the performance of the IS positively impact nonfinancial performance (IS / competition, IS / pace of innovation, effectiveness, efficiency, IS / delivery times), and have no direct link with financial indicators. Therefore, the hypothesis, which states a positive relationship between these two perspectives, is accepted only for certain measurement variables
