الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمقاطعات التربوية ورقلة دراسة ميدانية على بعض أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ببعض ابتدائيات مدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمقاطعات التربوية ورقلة، والتعرف على مستوى تلك الاحتياجات التدريبية ومعرفة ما إذا كانت توجد فروق بين الأساتذة في حاجاتهم التدريبية تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة(حسب المؤهل العلمي والخبرة العلمية). حيث اعتمدت في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمقاطعة التربوية ورقلة، حيث بلغ عددهم (100) أستاذة، كما تم اعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية للأساتذة المعد من طرف الباحثة "صباح ساعد 2011" وبعد حساب الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس ومن ثم المعالجة الإحصائية لمعطيات الدراسة باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss نسخة 22. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها نجد ما يلي: 1/ مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بالمقاطعة التربوية ورقلة مرتفع. 2/ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. 3/ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة العلمية. و تمت مناقشة الفرضيات اعتماداً على الدراسات السابقة و المعلومات النظرية، و ختمنا الدراسة باستنتاج عام و مقترحات إضافة إلى بعض المراجع و الملاحق.

The current study aimed to reveal the training needs of teachers of primary education in the educational district of Ouargla, to identify the level of those training needs and to know whether there are differences between teachers in their training needs according to the study variables (according to academic qualifications and scientific experience). In this study, the study relied on the descriptive exploratory approach on a sample of primary school teachers in the educational district of Ouargla, where their number was (100à) female teachers. for the scale and then the statistical treatment of the study data, version 22. spss using the statistical package for social sciences Among the most important results obtained, we find the following: 1/ The level of training needs for primary education teachers in the educational district of Ouargla is high. 2/ There are no statistically significant differences in the training needs of primary education teachers due to the educational qualification variable. 3 / There are no statistically significant differences in the training needs of primary education teachers due to the variable of scientific experience. The hypotheses were discussed based on previous studies and theoretical information, and we concluded the study with a general conclusion and suggestions in addition to some references and appendices.
