دراسة علاقة عجز الموازنة العامة بالنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 1990-2020) باستخدام نموذج التكامل المشترك

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر عجز الموازنة العامة على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2020 )بغية معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين عجز الموازنة والناتج الإجمالي المحلي، تم استخدام الطرق الإحصائية الحديثة في السلاسل الزمنية والمتمثلة في اختبار التكامل المشترك وتقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ (ECM)، التي تسمح بالحصول على نتائج اكثر دقة وكفاءة. وبالاستعانة ببرنامجيEviews 9و Execlتوصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج و هي كالاتي: -وجود تكامل مشترك بين عجز الموازنة و النمو الاقتصادي . - وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الاجل و عدم وجود علاقة قصيرة الاجل . -وجود أثر عكسي لعجز الموازنة العامة على النمو الاقتصادي على المدى البعيد.

This study aimed to measure the general budget deficit on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1990-2020)order to know the nature of the relationhips between the budget deficit(DNBE) and gross domestic product (GDP). Modern statistical methods have been used in the times series, represented by the concept of integration test and the error correction model error (ECM) which allows to obtain more accurate and efficient results, we also used the Eviews 9 version of the program and the Execl program , and one of the most important results of the study: -There is a co-intergration between the budget deficit and economic growth. -The existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship and the absence of a short-term equilibrium relationship. -The existence of an adverse effect of the budget deficit on economic growth at the long-term.
