Abstract:	Pursuant to the principle of physical protection from traffic accidents, the Algerian legislator initiated the establishment of the Car Insurance Fund. him, or he appeared to be incapable in whole or in part, in order to ensure a single treatment for all those affected. This fund is an exceptional relief body that makes the state a reserve guarantor to pay compensation for bodily damage, considering that most of its resources are from the public treasury
