This study aims to clarify the commitment to electronic information before contracting and its importance in the field of electronic transactions ;as it aims to protect the electronic consumer's will from the abuses of the electronic customer ;with the issuance of Law 18-05 related to electronic commerce it obligate the electronic supplier in light of the electronic contracting were to provide all the essential informations of the products and services to the electronic consumer in order by under taking the contract or refraining from it;because it is not possible for him to inspect the products or services to constractin the bleu space
