Abstract: Children, like others, share protected human rights with all other persons protected by international criminal law, The study's nature is therefore theoretical under international texts, conventions and certain international judicial decisions, and the aims of the study are to highlight the multiplicity of dangers that children face during international and non-international armed conflicts from killing. The methodology of this research has also been based primarily on the analytical descriptive approach to international texts and conventions to highlight the most important provisions and decisions directly or indirectly relevant to the subject.
