Abstract: The participatory democracy has become on the scholars and policy agendas For a long time, as a new feature of democratic development, and Bringing back the idea of the citizen at the center of the democratic project, and foster enhances a sense of political efficacy, and contribute to the formation of an active and knowledgeable citizenry. This research paper attempts to emphasize that the participatory democracy provides a useful vantage point from which to understand better the logic behind construction of participatory communities able to design institutional structures and Rules suited to stimulating Active citizenship, and link them to the level Quality life.
