Abstract: Various international and regional international laws such, on the principle of freedom of the media on the basis that it is a human right, and on the other hand it also stipulated the principle of independence The judiciary, where each of the principles is considered one of the pillars of democracy in the state, and within the framework of organizing the media profession according to special laws to be considered a fourth authority, many legal controls have been stipulated for the right to the media, and among these controls were special controls related to the relationship of the media authority to the judiciary, on the basis that the former can clash with the latter in the event that it is exposed to the issues before it, and noticed through Exposure to these controls The presence of legal controls in international laws carrying loose meanings that make countries free to limit freedom of opinion and expression in general and freedom of the media in particular, which makes the laws fail in the matter of balancing between the principle of freedom of the media and the principle of judicial independence.
