This study aims to reveal the most important factors affecting the employment of modern technologies by the executive (administrative) body at the level of Algerian municipalities, which has become an urgent necessity imposed by the rapid developments at the level of the internal and external environments, as well as the proliferation of its applications at the level of administrative organizations. The use of the digital system opens up new horizons in the field of regulation, management and improvement of the public service in municipalities, but access to these desired prospects depends on the availability of the right working environment, and the most important factors influencing that use are political and economic factors. Through this study, we will examine the impact of Information and Communication Technology in Algerian municipalities from an environmental perspective based on the analysis of political and economic factors.en_US
