Abstract:	The ICSID as a main body in receiving arbitration disputes related to investment allowed the NGOs to intervene in front of it as friend of the court, this study which follow the descriptive and analytical approach aims to define the concept of Amicus Curiae besides determine many procedural issues related to the legal framework that controls such participation, to make an addition in the field of NGOs' endeavors to protect human rights through this mechanism to defend the public interest and to ensure the proper functioning of justice
