Abstract

الهدف من هذه الدراسةهوتوضيح مساهمةالقروض البنكيةفيتم ويل المؤسسات الصغيرةوالمتوسطة،حيث تناولنافي الجانبالنظري المفاهيم المتعلقةبالتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة والقروض البنكية ،أماالدراسة الميدانية أجريت بإختبار البنك الوطني الجزائري وكالة تقرت (941). ولمعالجةالمشكلةالبحثية واختيار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة ،فتمكنا من الإحاطة بجوانب الموضوع وقدإستنتجنا أن القروض المقدمة من طرف الوكالة تعتبر بمثابة أداة تساهم في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وتتصدىل لبطالة،حيث يسمح هذه لفئةمن الاشخاص من تحسين ظروفهم من خلال استحداث أنشطتهم الت يتم كنهممنالحصول تمويل،لتجسيدهاعلى أرض ا لواقع. The aim of this study is to clarify the contribution of bank loans to financing small and medium enterprises. In the theoretical side, we dealt with the concepts related to financing small and medium enterprises and bank loans, while the applied study was conducted by the Algerian National Bank, Agency Touggourt (941). In order to address the research problem and choose the hypotheses, we relied on the descriptive approach and the case study method, so we were able to take note of the aspects of the subject and we concluded that the loans provided by the agency are considered as a tool that contributes to financing small and medium enterprises and addressing unemployment, as this allows a group of people to improve their conditions by creating Their activities that enable them to obtain financing, to embody them on the ground
