dc.description.abstract	تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة خدمات الضمان الاجتماعي من طرف مسيري الصيدليات من خلال استعراض أهم المصادر المتاحة لتوفير الموارد المالية للمؤسسات العاملة فيه وقد تعرضنا في البداية إلى موضوع جودة الخدمة الصحية ومفهوم الضمان الاجتماعي بصفة عامة مستنتجين أن الضمان الاجتماعي له دور كبير في تقييم جودة الخدمة الصحية. كما قمنا بالمقابلة مع رئيس مركز الضمان الاجتماعي (CNAS) بورقلة كدراسة حالة.	en_US
