قضايا السياسة اللغوية في مؤلفات عبد السلام المسدي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في قضايا السياسة اللغوية التي تطرق إليها عبد السلام المسدي في مؤلفاته، والتي حدد فيها قضايا خاصة ببلده _تونس _وأخرى عامة تشمل البلاد العربية ،وعليه جاء عنوان بحثنا: قضايا السياسة اللغوية في مؤلفات عبد السلام المسدي، متضمنا الإشكالية التالية: ما هي أهم قضايا السياسة اللغوية في مؤلفات عبد السلام المسدي؟ متبعين المنهج الوصفي والتحليل كأداة مساعدة، ثم خلصنا في نهاية البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أن عبد السلام المسدي يسعى إلى وضع سياسة لغوية واعية تتمثل في تعميم اللغة العربية وذلك عن طريق وجود وعي ثقافي جديد ورغبة في اتخاذ قرار سياسي نحو تغيير الواقع اللغوي، ويؤكد على أن صيانة اللغة العربية من خطر الاندثار هي صيانة للهوية العربية والأمن القومي العربي .

Cette étude vise à rechercher les problèmes de politique linguistique abordés par Abd al-Salam al-Masdi dans ses livres, dans lesquels il a identifié des problèmes spécifiques à son pays _ la Tunisie _ et des problèmes généraux qui incluent les pays arabes. politique dans les écrits d'Abd al-Salam al-Masadi ? Nous avons suivi l'approche descriptive et l'analyse comme outil auxiliaire, puis nous avons conclu à la fin de la recherche aux résultats les plus importants : qu'Abdul Salam Al-Masadi cherche à développer une politique linguistique consciente représentée dans la généralisation de la langue arabe. Cela passe par la présence d'une nouvelle conscience culturelle et d'un désir de prendre une décision politique pour changer la réalité linguistique, et cela affirme que la préservation de la langue arabe du danger d'extinction est une sauvegarde pour l'identité arabe et la sécurité nationale arabe.

This study aims to research the issues of language policy addressed by Abd al-Salam al-Masdi in his books, in which he identified issues specific to his country _ Tunisia _ and general ones that include Arab countries. Are the most important issues of language policy in the writings of Abd al-Salam al-Masadi? We followed the descriptive approach and analysis as an auxiliary tool, and then we concluded at the end of the research to the most important results: that Abdul Salam Al-Masadi seeks to develop a conscious linguistic policy represented in the generalization of the Arabic language. This is through the presence of a new cultural awareness and a desire to take a political decision towards changing the linguistic reality, and it affirms that preserving the Arabic language from the danger of extinction is a safeguard for the Arab identity and Arab national security.
