This article aims to study the phonological and semantic adaptation modalities developed by the words of Hebrew borrowing integrated into Moroccan Arabic. Thestudy focuses on two main approaches. The first one which is phonological aims to examine the factors favoring the different transformations that occur in the phonematic structures of the Hebrew lexemes following their integration into Moroccan Arabic. The second one is semantic. Its purpose is to identify the nature of the significant spans attributed to Hebrew lexemes in the borrowing language. To do this, we analyzed a data of Hebrew borrowing words that are still used in Moroccan Arabic after checking their etymologyen_US
