أثر نظم المعلومات في تفعيل اليقظة الاستراتيجية دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر المديرية العملية بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير نظم المعلومات في تفعيل اليقظة الاستراتيجية بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر )المديرية العملية بورقلة(، حيث تم توزيع (40) استبيان استرجع منها (35) استبيان، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة رقم 20 بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي، وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: وجود ارتباط ايجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين نظم المعلومات واليقظة الاستراتيجية ويعزز هذا قيمة معامل الارتباط ( 0.428=R) أما القوة التفسيرية فقد بلغت ( 0.18 = R²).

This study aims to identify the of the impact of information systems in activating strategic vigilance at Algeria Telecom )Operational Directorate of Ouargla(, where (40) questionnaires were distributed, of which (35) were retrieved. The questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, then analyzing the data contained in the questionnaires by using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20, depending on arithmetic averages, standard deviations, correlation coefficients and progressive multiple regression analysis. The study concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a positive correlation It is statisticall significant between information systems and strategic vigilance, and this reinforces the value of the correlation coefficient (R = 0.428), while the explanatory power was (R² = 0.18).
