دور أخلاقيات المهنة في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي القطاع الصحي في الجزائر دراسة ميدانية بمستشفى محمد بوضياف –ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور أخلاقيات المهنة في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي لدى موظفي القطاع الصحي في الجزائر، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهــداف هذه الدراسة تم إعداد وتوزيع استبانة هدفت إلى اختبار الفرضيات، وتكون مجمع الدراسة من أصحاب المواقع الإشرافية (رئيس الشعبة، رئيس القسم، مشرف التمريض، نائب مدير الدائرة، مدير دائرة، المدير العام) في مستشفى محمد بوضياف –ورقلة- حيث تم توزيع 50 استبانة على عينة الدراسة، وتم استرجاع 40 استبانة صالحة للدراسة. بعد معالجة إجابات عينة الدراسة عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية الـ SPSS لنتوصل في الأخير على نتائج اختبار الفرضيات التي أظهرت أنه توجد علاقة طردية متوسطة بين أخلاقيات المهنة والالتزام التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الإستشفائية محمد بوضياف بورقلة

The study aimed to identify the role of professional ethics in enhancing job commitment among health sector employees in Algeria. The study used the descriptive analytical method. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed, and it aimed to test the hypotheses. The selected sample, formed by ²( the Heads of the Department, Nursing Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Department, General Manager) at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital - Ouargla- where 50 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and 40 questionnaires valid for the study were retrieved. After examining the answers of stady sample, with the software of statistical packages SPSS, In the end we will find that, the results of testing hypotheses showed that there are a medium soft relationship between the professional ethics and the organizational commitment in the hospital, Mohamed Boudiaf Ouargla
