dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the determinants of organizational justice and the behavior of organizational silence. This study also aims to evaluate the reality of each variable in the primary education sector from the point of view of primary education teachers. The study adopted the descriptive approach. The questionnaire is a data collection tool The study also showed the emergence of an average of organizational silence in primary education institutions. The study also showed an inverse relationship between organizational justice and organizational silence among primary education teachers.en_US
