Abstract: this study aims was to is investigate the relationship between visual perception and problem solving, as well as to study the differences between children of deaf and ordinary children. To achieve this, the descriptive approach and a sample of 40 children were divided equally between deaf children and ordinary children belonging to the age group From 7 to 11 years, two tests have been applied: the testing of similar matrices to measure visual perception, and triangulation to measure problem solving. The study was conducted at the primary school of Abdallah Malakhso and the school of junior in Batna. , after presenting, analyzing and discussing the results, in a correlation between visual perception and problem solving, it also found differences between deaf children and ordinary children in the process of visual perception and problems solving.
