المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية لدى المراهقين المصابين بالسكري في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية compensatory health beliefs among a sample of adolescents with diabetes according to some demographic variables

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف طبيعة المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية لدى عينة من المراهقين المصابين بالسكري وذلك في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية- دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة- إضافة إلى استكشاف الفروق وفق متغير الجنس و المستوى التعليمي و سنوات الإصابة بالسكري. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على مقياس المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية والذي تتوفر فيه الخصائص السيكومترية الواجب توافرها في المقياس النفسية و المتمثلة في الصدق و الثبات و القدرة على التميز. حيث قمنا بتطبيقه على عينة قوامها (38) مراهق و مراهقة مصابين بداء السكري تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصديه على مستوى بيت السكري و مستشفى مدينة ورقلة و بعض العيادات الخاصة. بعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المراهقين المصابين بداء السكري أفراد عينة الدراسة يحملون معتقدات صحية تعويضية إيجابية. كما بينت النتائج كذلك: ـ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث الأعلى في المتوسطات. ـ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في طبيعة المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي. ـ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية تعزي لمتغير سنوات الإصابة بالمرض، لصالح فئة الأقل من (5) سنوات في مدة الإصابة بالمرض. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعتقدات الصحية التعويضية؛ المتغيرات الديمغرافية. Abstract: The current study aimed to explore the nature of compensatory health beliefs among a sample of adolescents with diabetes according to some demographic variables, in the city of Ouargla. The study focused on exploring the differences according to gender, educational level, and years of diagnoses with diabetes. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the compensatory health beliefs scale(knauper & amp; ass. scale) was used. The knauper scale has the psychometric properties that must be available in the psychological scale represented in credibility, stability .We applied it to a sample of (38) adolescents with diabetes who were selected intentionally at the diabetes centre, Ouargla city hospital and some private clinics. After processing the data statistically, the results of the study concluded that the adolescents with diabetes in the study sample held positive compensatory health beliefs. The results also showed: - Statistically there are significant differences in the average compensatory health beliefs due to the gender variable in favor of the higher average in females. - Statistically there are no significant differences in the nature of compensatory health beliefs due to the educational level variable. - Statistically there are significant differences between the average compensatory health beliefs due to the variable years of diagnostic (with diabetes). key words: Compensatory health beliefs ,Demographic variables.
