تقييم جودة الرعاية الاجتماعية في المؤسسات المتخصصة في الإعاقات السمعية والبصرية من وجهة نظر أولياء الأطفال Evaluating the Social Welfare Quality in Institutions of Auditory and Visual Impairments from the Parents’ Viewpoint

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم جودة الرعاية الاجتماعية المقدمة في المؤسسات المتخصصة في الإعاقات السمعية والبصرية من وجهة نظر أولياء التلاميذ بمدينة ورقلة. و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاستعانة باستمارة بحث تتكون من أربعة أبعاد هي: كفايات معلمي الطلبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بيئة التعلم المدرسية وغرفة الصف، الأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية، استراتيجيات وطرق التدريس. ووزعت هذه الاستمارة على عينة تتكون من 34 فردا، وتم اختيار المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع مثل هذه الدراسات. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه المؤسسات ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب حسب وجهة نظر الأولياء، ووجود بعض النقائص في توفير وسائل تعليمية حديثة تتوافق مع متطلبات هذه الفئة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرعاية الاجتماعية؛ الإعاقات السمعية والبصرية؛ أطفال. Abstract: This study aims to assess the quality of social care provided in institutions for auditory and/or visual impairments according to the pupils’ parents in the city of Ouargla. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire has been used through four dimensions: teachers’ competencies for pupils with disabilities, the school learning environment and the classroom, educational activities and materials, and teaching strategies and methods. The questionnaire has been distributed to a sample of 34 parents, and the descriptive approach is chosen for that it fits this case study. This study has found that these institutions live up to the required level according to the parents' opinions, and there are some deficiencies in providing modern educational aids that are compatible with the requirements of this group
